About Sheriff Joe Arpaio

He is referred to as "America's Toughest Sheriff" but Joe Arpaio is much more than that. He has served the public for 55 years in a unique law enforcement and diplomatic career which now renders him a powerful presence in the national criminal justice and law enforcement arena.

As a top federal official with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Mexico, the Middle East, Central and South America as well as in the United States including Arizona and Texas, Joe Arpaio spent 26 years fighting narcotics trafficking worldwide. From his encounters with gun wielding Turkish heroin dealers to meetings with various presidents, including President Donald Trump, Arpaio's experience brings a unique and historical perspective to today's drug wars, cartel and immigration problems, and the criminal justice system.

As the longest serving sheriff in Maricopa County history (24 years) of the nation's third largest Sheriff's Office, Arpaio has made a name for himself, building a reputation as America’s Toughest Sheriff.

Sheriff Arpaio is also famous for his groundbreaking fight against illegal immigration. During his years as sheriff in Maricopa County, Arizona, he investigated over 41,000 illegal immigrants resulting in thousands of deportations, safeguarding the security for the citizens of Arizona and the nation as a whole. And, along with his attorney, Larry Klayman, known as America’s Toughest Lawyer, this “Dynamic Duo,” and not coincidentally the co-founders of America’s Sheriff, he played a significant role in legally killing President Obama’s executive order granting amnesty to over 5 million illegals. Together, Arpaio and Klayman were the first to file suit, and along with attorneys general in 25 states, they convinced various courts to rule that Obama’s executive order was illegal. The case went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

And Sheriff Arpaio is never afraid to take on causes that are just. He proved through evidence, that Obama’s birth certificate was a doctored document, regardless of where he may have been born.

In short, like the other member of America’s Sheriff’s “Dynamic Duo,” Larry Klayman, Sheriff Arpaio is not afraid of controversy in the face of exposing the truth and then taking corrective action in the public interest on behalf of American people.

Sheriff Arpaio is the author of previous two books on drugs and immigration and the criminal justice system. His persona has been epitomized in television shows and in Hollywood films. And, he has a new book that will soon be published. In short, Sheriff Arpaio’s iconic character has captured the attention of no less than 5,000 media outlets from around the nation and the world. From 60 Minutes and 20/20 to Larry King, from the New York Times to the London Herald, the world knows and reveres Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Whether it's drug cartels, or fighting illegal immigration and closing our U.S. borders, or debating the pros and cons of the death penalty as well as the need to fund and support law enforcement, one thing is certain: Sheriff Joe Arpaio is an effective advocate who pulls no punches and gets the job done!

And, in today’s age, when local, state and federal law enforcement are under attack, he and his partner Larry Klayman will be instrumental through America’s Sheriff in protecting our brave policemen and other law enforcement officers, who are so vital to the security of the nation and the safety all Americans, regardless of their race, ethnicity, sex or religion. He and Larry Klayman will also take other appropriate hard hitting actions for other just causes.

His character was played by actor John Diehl.
