The case is on behalf of plaintiffs Michael Melvin, Dan Farrelly, Brion Milligan, Mark Palma, Robert Bannan, Jesus Cruz, Steven Hartzell and Joseph Fox against the city and an organization called Injustice Watch, operating as "Plain View."

It is in our face now America. Just two days ago the city of Philadelphia, the birthplace of liberty, announced its 300th homicide, putting this year on course to set a new record. Days ago, a 1-year-old child was shot and killed in the "City of Brotherly Hate!" And then just this weekend, a 6-year-old girl was shot and killed in a drive by shooting while waiting for a bus outside Washington, DC. As if that is not enough, this past Saturday July 17, 2021, in Washington D.C., at a Nationals game there was a shooting in the parking lot, sending fans and attendees running for their lives. This is our nation's capital and Biden and Harris both have been too busy using the FBI as their own "Gestapo" rounding up January 6, 2021, peaceful protesters and pushing potentially deadly and experimental Covid vaccines to take real action to clean up the swamp in which they dwell.
This is what you get! This is what you get when we cater to BLM when they storm the streets, burning and killing at will. It's coming to your backyard next. The survey of 1,588 U.S. adults, which was conducted from May 24 to May 26, found that just 32 percent of them now describe COVID-19 as a very big problem, down from 61 percent last July. A three-count indictment unsealed Friday names Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J. Kueng, and Tou Thao.
Specifically, Chauvin is charged with violating Floyd's right to be free from unreasonable seizure and unreasonable force by a police officer. Police said they were called to a residence in North Topeka after receiving reports of a man who confronted people about previous thefts of signs supporting President Trump and local Republicans, according to the newspaper.
One of the victims was taken to a hospital with gunshot wounds that police told the paper are considered potentially life-threatening. Two other victims also showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds in connection with the case, police said.

The cops made some 174 arrests during the riots, but the cost was 58 injured officers, the most serious of which was a female sergeant who's still in the hospital after she got hit by a truck and broke her leg.

The charges related to an incident that occurred in June, when hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters marched onto a private street the McCloskeys live on. The McCloskeys went outside to confront the protesters. Mark McCloskey had an AR-15 rifle, while Patricia McCloskey had a semiautomatic pistol.
The couple contends that protesters broke through an iron gate, ignored a "No Trespassing" sign, and screamed threats of arson and rape at them, while protest leaders say that the march was peaceful and no threats were made.

The officers were shot at a Metro station in Compton around 7 p.m. local time on Saturday, the authorities said. The Sheriff's Department said on Twitter that the deputies had been "ambushed."
